Jay Curtler is a professional bodybuilder who won the Mr. Olympia title (highest bodybuilding achievement in the world) 2 consecutive times back in 2006 and 2007. But last year he lost and place 2nd to Dexter Jackson. But this year he came back ready and regained his title as the 2009 Mr. Olympia. Many say that Jay physic is the product of steroids and other hormones. Whether this is true or not Jay could not have won the Olympia 3 times in his life without shedding sweat, blood, and tears. His training along with his nutrition and hard work are what got him those Olympia titles. If it wasn’t for his consistency in going to the gym and hitting the weights, for his right portion of food intake and calculation to help his nutrition, and the desire to win he would have never won. So call it what you want and criticize him for his ambition to want to become a better bodybuilder, or congratulate him for his achievement that only a few man have ever achieved.

Its purely unethical to have a constest to see who can become the most massive man on earth. You cannot even function being so big! And im sure their spending on clothing and supplements becomes outrageous! Custom fittings, and loads of piils, and powders to keep them up to beat!
I am glad you have written about steroids, that shit so nasty, and Mr. Olympia are man, looking big, but can they out run or have endurance to do more than just exhale!!
Well these guys know the pros and cons of there sports and they make decisions based on what they believed is right for them. Sure they have to spend money but what sport does not require the input of money or better yet what in life does not require the input of money to get what you want. Everything requires money but you usually dont really care because your are most focus on your long term gains. Every sport is different and the athletes who compete have different objectives these guys dont really care about endurance as they arent training to run a 5k but what they care about is packing on all the muscle they can and this is truly there decisions and what they choice to do.
I dont understand why a person would go through such measures to look a certain way. It is all about who is the biggest and strongest, so it becomes a competition among atheletes. Who gains all power and reigns as the best? I think that some people just do things to get on another level, whether it is ethical or unethical. In the end, it is all about winning. Some people do certain things to fit the criteria of a company or of others.
Exactly but thats just the way humans are we are always looking for new ways to excel and beat our competition in everything that we do. Think about it you can probably relate it to many things we do in life. We always want to get what we want and try to look for ways to enhance our abilities to better our chances in archiving our desires.
haha the guy’s huge!! i don’t think that girls even like that big. but if he did it completely legit, without steroids, then i commend him for his hard work and effort. i go to the gym 3-4 times a week, and i could never dream to look like that
Hey what can I say sometimes peoples dreams arent powerful enough alone to get huge like that.
i think that is pretty sick. in a good and bad way. i go to the gym a lot. and im trying to get freaking jacked. so i commend him on his efforts and achievements, whether not this involves “outside help”
but the bad thing is, i don’t want to look like the hulk, more like super man lol.
Yeah man at that point in my opinion you just look disgusting. But w.e it is his body and if he likes the way he looks then thats his choice.
